After creating your Fastned account in the Fastned app, you have the possibility to edit details.
To change the phone number registered to your Fastned account, a verification SMS will be sent to your new number. Our customer support needs this verification code to change the phone number in your account. Therefore, this process is best done via phone. Please call our customer support on Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 17:00 (Amsterdam time).
Click on “Forgot Password?” to choose a new one on the Fastned app login screen.
Adding/removing bank or credit card
In the Fastned app you can add and remove your payment methods. To add the cards, follow the steps and ensure that you can access your bank or credit card applications. If you experience issues when removing the cards, make sure you dont have open invoices, as a payment method can only be removed when all invoices have been settled. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month.
Phone number verification
To complete your registration, a message will be sent to verify your phone number. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please check your entered phone number, especially your country code. If you do not receive the code the first time around, you can request for the code to be sent again. In the case you have double-checked that your phone number is correct, and you still do not receive a code after 2 attempts, it could be that your phone provider blocks incoming messages. In that case, please email us with your provider and use your EV charge card to start a session.
Delete your Fastned account
You can delete your account by sending our Customer Support an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please make sure you include the mobile phone number linked to your Fastned account. We would appreciate it if you could let us know why you want to delete your account. Please note: Your account cannot be deleted if you have an outstanding balance.
