You can delete your account by sending our Customer Support an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please make sure you include the mobile phone number linked to your Fastned account. We would appreciate it if you could let us know why you want to delete your account.
Please note: Your account cannot be deleted if you have an outstanding balance.
