If you can't add your charge card to your account, this can have multiple reasons:
- Your charge card hasn't been activated by your charge card supplier. After activating it can take up to 24 hours before you can add your card to your Fastned account.
- If your card number can't be recognized, it could be possible you'll need a different card number than what is says on your card. In most cases you will be able to log into the portal of your charge card supplier to find the right card number. Can't find the right card number? Please get in touch with your charge card supplier.
If it doesn't work to connect your charge card to your account, but you do want to charge at Fastned, we advise you to temporarily connect your bank account or creditcard number.
