From 08.01.2020 the My Fastned portal cannot be used anymore.
Why? In the coming days, an app update will enable the option to see all your information directly in the app. This gives you a better overview over your account. If you have a question please contact the Fastned support via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: At the moment there is no possibility to start a charging session with the Fastned app in the UK. This will change soon and you will be able to keep track of your costs as well. We will keep you up to date.
