You can start a charging session via the Fastned app. It is possible to connect one of the following charging cards as a payment method in your Fastned account:
- XXimo (choose VISA)
Note, charging cards do not support the price plans 'Standard' and 'Power', only 'per kWh'.
No Fastned account yet?
- Register via the app or My Fastned
- Select one of the above charging cards as a payment method and enter your charge card number
Do you already have a Fastned account?
Go to ´Settings´ and remove your existing payment method. After this you can add a new one and select one of the charging cards above.
If you do not see any charging cards as a payment method option, please email email@example.com with the subject "Charge card" and mention in the email your telephone number (this must be the phone number that you log into the app or My Fastned).
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve switched your account. You can then login to the app or My Fastned web portal and add your card number.
If you have recently activated your charging card, it can take up to a few days before you can add this to your Fastned account. In that case we suggest that you temporarily add your bank account or creditcard. This bank account number or creditcard can be changed for your own charge card.
