If you drive an Audi e-tron Quattro, then you use the CCS plug. Please ensure that you insert the plug properly.
The charge speed is up to 150 kW at our next generation fast chargers and 50 kW at our other chargers. The actual charge speed depends on the state of charge of the battery when plugging in. On average the e-tron charges 100 km in 10 - 25 minutes. Above 90% the charge speed requested by the car will slowly drop.
