From October 1st, 2018, Fastned stopped the provision of Wi-Fi at all stations.
In 2013 we started offering WiFi to enable the use of the Fastned app. Meanwhile, you could also start a loading session via a charging card. Most smartphone users nowadays have access to generous 4G data plans, which allow them to safely access the internet. We are therefore seeing a decrease in the use of our WiFi facilities.
As a result, it is no longer logical to keep investing to keep WiFi operational.

No problem, you can use your phone as a WiFi hotspot. You can find more information on how to set up a hotspot here.
No internet and problems starting a session?
No worries, you can always start a session by swiping your charging card at the charger. For emergencies we are available 24 hours a day to help you with any charging problems.
