From January 2018, Fastned will discontinue the provision of Wi-Fi at the new stations.
In 2013 we started offering WiFi to enable the use of the Fastned app. Meanwhile, you can also start a loading session via a charging card. In addition to this, virtually every smartphone now has a large 4G data bundle, and there are more and more cars with a WiFi connection. We are therefore seeing a decrease in the use of our WiFi facilities.
At the 60 stations along the highway that we built before January 2018, WiFi will continue to be available.

No internet and problems to start a session?
No worries, you can also start a session with a charging card. As a last resort, please contact our support team by phone. They are available 24 hours a day and can remotely start a session for you.
