  It could be that there is a plastic cover, covering the bottom part of the charge port. If so, this plastic cover needs to be removed in order to plug in the CCS connector.

Charge speed

The charge speed is up to 38 kW at all of our chargers. On average, the Citigo eiV charges 100 km of range in 20 – 25 minutes.

The charge curve shows the charging behaviour of this car when the battery is in optimal conditions (around. 30 °C). A colder (or warmer) battery can result is a significantly lower charge speed.

Charge speed
The charge speed at our 150+ kW chargers is up to 125 kW for the Škoda Enyaq iV60. The charge speed at our other chargers is up to 50 kW. On average, the Enyaq iV60 charges 100 km in 10 – 20 minutes. The charge speed will drop in steps from 80% onwards.

Autocharge

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use Autocharge with a Škoda.

    Unlock the connector

If the connector remains locked when charging is finished, you can unlock the connector by using the car keys to lock and unlock the doors. The car will then unlock the connector as well.
