If you drive an Aiways U5 then you use the CCS connector. Please ensure that you insert the connector properly.
The charge speed at our 150+ kW chargers is up to 100 kW for the Aiways U5. The charge speed at our other chargers is up to 50 kW. On average the Aiways U5 charges 100 km in 10 - 20 minutes. The charge speed will drop in steps from 78% onwards.
