If you drive a Kia e-Soul, then you use the CCS connector.
It could be that there is a plastic cover, covering the bottom part of the charge port. If so, this plastic cover needs to be removed in order to plug in the CCS connector.
The charge speed is up to 77 kW at our 150+ kW fast chargers. The charge speed at our 50 kW chargers is up to 50 kW. In the charge curve below you can see the charge speed of the e-Soul at both the 50 kW and the 175 kW charger. On average the Kia e-Soul charges 100 km in 15 - 25 minutes. The charge speed will drop in steps from 73% onwards.
The charge curve below shows the charging behaviour of this car when the battery is in optimal conditions (around. 30°C). A colder (or warmer) battery can result is a significantly lower charge speed. More information about what influences the charge speed can be found on this page.
