Charge the Tesla Model Y directly with the CCS connector.
It could be that there is a plastic cover, covering the bottom part of the charge port. If so, this plastic cover needs to be removed in order to plug in the CCS connector.
The charge speed is up to ~200 kW at our 300 kW chargers, up to ~150 kW at our 175 kW chargers and up to 50 kW at our 50 kW chargers.

Unlock the connector
In some cases the car does not release the CCS-connector. To unlock please use you Tesla app (menu 'Charging') or the screen in the vehicle (choose the lightning symbol for the 'Charging' menu and press the lock symbol).
Another option is the manual release: For that, please open the trunk and pull the emergency release ring, adjacent to the charge port. This will allow the connector to be removed from the charge port.
