  It could be that there is a plastic cover, covering the bottom part of the charge port. If so, this plastic cover needs to be removed in order to plug in the CCS connector.

Charge speed

The charge speed is up to 50 kW at all our chargers. In the charge curve below, you can see the charge speed at both chargers. On average, the eDeliver 3 charges 100 km in 15 minutes.

The charge speed is up to 80 kW at all of our chargers. On average, the Maxus eDeliver 9 can charge 100 km of range in 25 – 30 minutes. The charge speed will drop significantly at 80%.
