How do I get a receipt of my session?

You will not automatically receive a receipt when you start a session by scanning the QR code on our charger. If you would like a receipt for your charge session, please email us at

Because charge sessions started via the QR code are anonymous, please mention the following details in your email:

  • The name of the Fastned station at which your session took place
  • The date and (start) time of your charge session

Once we have received your request, we will find the details of your session, and we will send you the receipt via email within one business day.

If you start your charge sessions via the Fastned app, you will automatically receive an invoice via email at the beginning of each month. 

Charge sessions started via a charge card will be invoiced by your charge card provider.
